2. Project & Design Submission Process

• Users can upload their projects or designs to NexSiteTech using the provided submission forms.
• All submissions are reviewed by our admin/team for quality, originality, and compliance with our guidelines.
• Only verified projects/designs are listed and visible to all users on the marketplace.

3. Purchase Process

• Users may purchase projects or designs listed by other users.
• Payments are processed securely and received by the NexSiteTech admin/team.
• After payment verification, buyers receive a secure download link for the purchased project/design.

4. Responsibilities

• Users: Responsible for the accuracy, legality, and originality of their submissions. Users must not upload prohibited, harmful, or infringing content.
• Admin/Team: Responsible for verifying submissions, processing payments, and ensuring a safe marketplace environment.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All projects and designs must be original or properly licensed. NexSiteTech respects intellectual property rights and will remove any content found to be infringing. Users retain ownership of their work but grant NexSiteTech a license to display and sell verified projects/designs.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are subject to review. If a purchased project/design is found to be defective, not as described, or in violation of our policies, users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. NexSiteTech reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading or selling illegal, harmful, or plagiarized content
• Attempting to bypass payment systems
• Harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activities
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws
